My Story
My name is Nicco DeRango Sr., and I founded House2Home LLC with a vision to create a better future for my family and my community. As a father of six, my biggest motivation is building financial freedom and opportunities for my kids.
Life hasn’t always been easy. I’ve experienced challenges and losses, including the passing of my brother and the mother of my children. Those experiences shaped who I am today and gave me the drive to keep pushing forward.
With the love and support of my family, I continue to work toward building a life and business that creates stability, opportunity, and a lasting impact for my family and others.
How I Got Started
My real estate journey was heavily influenced by the education and mentorship I received through BIA Academy and Nate Barger. That experience helped me see how real estate investing could create opportunities not only for my family, but also for the communities around us. I’m committed to continuous learning, growth, and doing business the right way—with integrity, honest communication, and a focus on helping people.
